Where are you located? 

The salon’s address is 7054 Setters Way Stonecrest, GA 30038.

What days is the salon open and what are your hours? 

Our normal operating days are Wednesday through Saturday. I do work every other Monday. Just check the calendar.    

Monday: 12pm to 6pm

Tuesday: CLOSED

Wednesday: 1pm to 8pm

Thursday: 11pm to 7pm

Friday: 10am to 7pm

Saturday: 10am to 5pm

Sunday: CLOSED

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards and virtual banks. CashApp is no longer accepted.

How do I book an appointment? 

Easy online booking is available online at www.chiquitaschair.com

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. The $20 non-refundable fee holds your appointment slot. The $20 goes toward your service amount.  If you have to reschedule your appointment, the deposit is transferable to the rescheduled appointment. If you are a no-call/no show, you will forfeit your deposit. Deposits can be paid on the site or via the virtual banks listed above.

What is the cancellation fee/late policy? 

A cancellation fee of $35 will be charged for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours. 

No calls, no shows will result in a $35 charge plus the cost of your service. 

Being late more than 15 minutes will result in a $35 fee added to your final total. 

Any appointments more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled and charged the cancellation fee. 

Do we accept walk-ins? 

I do accept walk-ins when the schedule allows, to guarantee that you will be seen it is best to book an appointment. 

Do I need to wash my hair before I come?

No, all services include a shampoo!
